long long time since i update le wor... well.. i'll try 2 keep it brief...
12-19th oct was spent in PKFT cos annie was away at PKS for a retreat, while teacher and ven. chun hui were away in thailand for master TNH monastic retreat.. so i was 'recalled' to PKFT to help out with annie's sister, Helen. apart from helping out, i studied a lot a lot!
day 1 was ok la... was more busy cos helen was totally new so had 2 guide her along quite much...
day 2 helen was sick, so was left to share the workload with chun nian shifu. chun yi shifu made me lunch :D hehe!!! the 3 black and white cats were up with me in the main shrine, accompanying me while i clean.. so happy! and mei ling was with me studying in the library! haha!
day 3, 4 and 5 nothing much le...clean as usual and study lor. except that little mickey has taken a liking to accompanying me instead of his master. he'll spend the afternoon sleeping on the chair next 2 me, while he'll normally do that in his shifu's room. only later did i learn that he was hiding from his shifu cos he dun wan 2 eat medicine -_- chun nian shifu oso spent some days 2 stduy with me. she caught me dozing off while studying cos i was tired so she made me a drink to replenish my energy and oso gave me some 2 bring home so that i can drink as and when i need it :)
day 6 the 2 venerables return from their trip with the malaysian shifus. helen and me went up to the main shrine to welcome back teacher. it was my 1st time doing so and it was a nice feeling :D
day 7 annie come back lo... but i still clean la, cos she had errands to run etc... was once again on the bell-drum and i made several mistakes :P
from the 20th onwards i was more like full time studying at PKFT for my exams...
23rd had the buddhist conference at PKS, which took up the whole day from 7 to 7. was tired and slept immediately when i got home -_-
26 was guan yin dan, spent whole day at temple once again. was very happy cos i found out how 2 rid off some of my stupid emotions :D and quite a handful of people called me the 开心果 of PKFT ^_^
send SOS to chun hui shifu on sunday night, the 24th, cos i was so anxious bout my exams.. she taught me how 2 clam down and chat a little with me over the phone for a while... i was calm and super relax the next day that i had no problems doing any of the BF questions! haha! super happy. the shifu all say i was a silly girl to worry so much.. haha!!!
had many cakes and now i'm coughing badly -_-
